Global pharma leader launches Nutriventia brand with science-supported ingredient portfolio
Inventia Healthcare, a Mumbai-based pioneer in novel drug delivery solutions (NDDS), has launched the Nutriventia brand. The initial portfolio of six proprietary science-supported, and sustainable nutraceutical ingredients include:

• C-Fence – single-dose all-day vitamin C
• bsRx®60N – taste-masked and water dispersible Boswellia for gut health

Parent company Inventia started as a small family-held organization with a goal of pioneering the NDDS in India. Since then, it has flourished into a global supplier with customers in more than 28 countries. Its pharmaceutical plant is U.S. FDA approved as well as approved by all major global regulatory bodies.
With more than 35 years developing and applying various technology platforms in the pharmaceutical space to create generic-plus products as cost-effective alternatives to provide health benefits to customers, Vishal Shah, Nutriventia director, explained that focusing on nutraceutical ingredients was a natural progression.
With an expertise in specialized technologies and engaging in scientific research, Nutriventia will provide differentiated, value-added branded ingredients suitable for a variety of applications, such as tablets, capsules, gummies, gums, beverage powders and more.
“We realized that our technology platforms are well-suited for many more applications beyond pharmaceuticals, namely in the nutraceutical and food ingredient categories,” Shah commented. “Our analysis of the nutraceutical market further confirmed our belief, which led to our focused activity during the past three years to develop nutraceutical and food ingredients.”
Because product differentiation and quality were already part of Inventia’s DNA, Shah noted, “entering the nutrition industry made all the sense in the world. We have a mighty workforce of more than 1,000 employees, who live, eat, and breathe delivery platforms and drive innovation daily.”
He added, “we understand the science, go-to-market strategy and communications process, as well as the customer base, is quite different from pharma, so we created a separate identity within Inventia. Nutriventia is focused on nutrition by bringing nature and science together for the benefit of both the customer and consumer.”
