They are keen to closely work with global retail brands, QSRs, and foodservice companies in the plant-based meat segment.
Their in-house product development which consists of food technologists and culinary experts creates an array of standard formulations which are iterated to customer’s needs as per their taste and preferences. They also provide the service to scale up pre-existing formulations. They do their best to understand the customer’s needs and are open to co-developing products accordingly.
Their manufacturing capabilities consist of forming lines, hot kitchen, hand-folding section etc.
Their product range includes formed products like nuggets, pops, burger patties, fingers, seekh kebabs, sausages and many more.
They are building India’s first integrated plant-based meat facility which would act as a center of excellence with its latest extrusion technology from Europe. The high moisture extrusion technology helps to get textures that are very close to chicken, fish, pork meat etc.
Their upcoming production facility is located an hour’s drive from Delhi. They are also installing best in class processing lines to provide a consistent quality product to our customers globally.
The plant production capacity is estimated to be 4000 MT tonne per year in the first phase.
BVeg Foods’ facility will be the first of its kind in India to have the best in class twin-screw extrusion and downstream processing lines, R&D and market backed NPD capabilities targeting to achieve global food safety standards such as BRC, SEDEX, ISO 22000, USFDA, FSSAI, HALAL, KOSHER, etc., all under one roof.
With their Farm-level integration initiative, BVeg will connect directly with farmers to source ingredients produced locally and establish a sustainable sourcing system all over the country. This initiative also ensure that the farmers involved would get a fair price for their crops.
FLI would also supplement infrastructure development at the grassroots level which would result in employment generation. It is their small endeavor towards giving back to the society.
