InterContinental Jaipur has announced an exclusive Vietnamese Cuisine Food Fiesta, from January 24 to February 5, immerse yourself in this culinary journey curated by expat chef Do Van Quy from InterContinental Hanoi Landmark 72. Renowned for his innovative take on local ingredients and mastery of Asian flavours, chef Quy’s expertise promises an unforgettable dining experience.
Specially curated lunch and dinner menus, at the hotel’s specialty restaurant House of Han, will feature chef Quy’s signature dishes, such as Vietnamese Vegetables Curry, Pomelo Salad, and Vegetarian Banh Mi among others, offering a harmonious fusion of traditional Vietnamese cuisine with contemporary twists. Guests can expect a dining experience that beautifully weaves together chef Quy’s personal narrative and culinary mastery, promising guests an authentic taste of his story through each dish.
In addition to the delectable menus, the event will feature an exclusive masterclass on the January 30 from 3pm to 5pm, hosted by chef Quy, providing enthusiasts with the opportunity to delve into the art of Vietnamese cooking.
