RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
LAXMI INPUTS (INDIA) PVT. LTD is having 40 acres irrigated land for research and development projects at Haveri district, Karnataka state. This farm has well laid out breeding nursery blocks, trial blocks, seed store facility, poly house, shade nets, drip irrigation, water store tank and big sub plots facilities. Our human resource consists pool of qualified and dedicated scientists representing crop breeding, crop protection and crop production faculty. Company invests a significant percentage of business turnover on Research and Development to ensure continues stream of improved products that meets farmer’s expectations, Company firmly believes in participatory breeding principles involving farmers, traders and consumer community while selecting newer hybrids. These hybrids are tested at different agro climatic conditions by adopting multi crop testing centers located in all states run by product testing professionals. The company research and development division is recognition by ICAR-IIHR institute, Bengaluru.
SEED PRODUCTION AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Laxmi Inputs good growth is well supported by our experienced production faculty by providing substantial voluminous seeds of major crops covering both proprietary research hybrids and certified open pollinated varieties. Our production area is spread over a large geographical area in the states of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra, the nodal seed production site is located in Ranebennur, Karnataka State.
Laxmi Inputs seed production team consists of qualified and experienced man power, ably assisted by production head, who has twenty-five years of experience in seed industry. This team is expertise in planning, execution and achieving required quality and quantity seeds in targeted timeline. In addition to this, the company is generating direct and indirect employment to more than 5000 farming community covering nearly 2000 hectares of farm land.
SEED PROCESSING, PACKING AND WEARHOUSE
LAXMI INPUTS (INDIA) PVT. LTD was commissioned a unique multi-crop processing plant at Plot No. 8, KSSIDC, 2nd Stage, Industrial Estate, Ranebennur, Haveri District, Karnataka State. This seed plant was built in 10000 sq feet area, has got the storage capacity of nearly 200 MT along with seed processing, packing and cold storage facilities.
FIELD AND LAB SEED QUALITY TEST

Field inspection by experienced people during all critical crop stages in seed production plots.

Seed Act standards for each crop are rigidly followed using seed testing equipment.

He is highly adept successfully in strategizing farmers network for producing best quality seeds on time.
