Nestle partners with Dairy Industries to manufacture milk powder

Nestle Jamaica has entered into a co-manufacturing agreement with Dairy Industries for the local packaging of an instant milk powder product.
The product, Nestle Everyday, was being manufactured under another brand outside of Jamaica.
Nestle Jamaica Country Manager, Daniel Caron, said the product is an important addition to local shelves, as it provides a healthy alternative that is both affordable and readily accessible to customers.
Meanwhile, Frank James, CEO of Grace Kennedy Foods, which owns Dairy Industries, said the agreement represents a commitment to local manufacturing.
He said the manufacturing the product in Jamaica will not only secure jobs during COVID, but it will also add jobs.
